Mile High Microdose is a private member-based organization operating in compliance with Colorado’s Natural Medicine Health Act (NMHA), also known as Proposition 122. MHM operates strictly within the boundaries of state law and does not engage in any activity that would constitute illegal distribution, commercialization, or public consumption. All members are responsible for complying with NMHA and state law. Federal law continues to prohibit psilocybin.
